JOB CONTROL:
In keeping with our philosophy of staying on the leading edge of technology,
we maintain a fully computerized job control system. This system allows
us to track every aspect of a job from the original estimate through
shipping. The information derived is invaluable in keeping our customers
informed and our operations running at peak efficiency.
MASTERCAM CNC
PROGRAMMING SYSTEM:
Capabilities: Complex three dimensional milling including machining
of NURBS and parametric surfaces. Two axis lathe programming.
Information Exchange: Compatible with most major CAD systems
supporting IGES, CADL, DFX, ASCll, NFL and GEO formats.
MEASURING & CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT:
1 - Brown & Sharpe "Validator" CMM. 36" (z) x 48"
(x) x 60" (y).
1 - Pratt & Whitney 36" Vertical Measuring System.
1 - Optodyne MC-4000 Laser Calibration System.
